YEALD 50 quintals per hectare

HARVEST Hand-picked into crates of 20 kg.

VINIFICATION Soft pressing, vinification
with the skins in stainless vats for a few
days at controlled temperature.
AGING In stainless steel for 6 months.
MATURATION For 3 months in a bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS Intense white with
golden hues. Bouquet of exotic fruit. Spicy
notes of vanilla and fresh oregano. Excellent
acidity and persistence.
TEMPERATURE Serve at about 10/12
degrees.

BEST SERVED WITH White meat dishes,
roasted fish, grilled fish, first courses, soups,
cheeses, risotto, lamb.
